I can't understand why the reservation system ends after two hours even if the restaurant is nearly empty with no other persons waiting. We recently reserved at Kaminoge and at 2030 were told no more orders. The restaurant was nearly empty so hardly a problem and if people wanted to pay more why enforce this? We were also told even if we left we could not re-enter. Japan is famous for following rules and this is probably an example. Reservations are good for your company but the ending should be at the discretion of the store manager. If crowded and people waiting of course no problem. If nearly empty why.

The team at Kaminoge is very good service wise and are obviously only following rules. Maybe this rule should be reviewed after all people staying longer only means more revenue and happy customers.
