クレーム SAD EXPERIENCE AT H&M

Good Morning, I wanted to express my sad experience at the H&M store on Friday evening March 08,2019 around 7:30 p.m. My family and I usually go there every month to do some shopping. However, this experience went bad while my wife was paying at the register. My daughter just had a new haircut that evening so I decided to take a picture of her so I can send it to my family. Once I took the photo of my daughter the lady from the register who had blonde highlights came towards us and yelled something in Japanese that I did not understand. I looked at her and said "What?" then she spoke good english and yelled no pictures allowed in our store. So I responded and said, that I was taking a picture of my daughter. I understand that no pictures in the mall are allowed however, I was taking a picture of my own daughter and I feel she shouldn't approach me the way she did and yell and be angry. After she created a lot of attention, customers at the store was staring at me as if I did something so wrong. The experience does not make me want to come back to H&M. That experience left a bad taste in my mouth since I am not used to that type of customer service here in Japan. I am used to seeing nice employees with a well-mannered attitude. I hope this review can help H&M figure out what proper customer service is all about.
